Dr. Audrey Merriam

Biography

Audrey Merriam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale University. She serves as the Residency Program Director for the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences residency program. Merriam completed her medical degree at the University of Vermont and her residency training at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. She also completed a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Columbia University, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Biostatistics. Over the years, she has collaborated with prominent colleagues and has published research focusing on maternal health. Currently, she is actively involved in efforts to review maternal mortality in the state of Connecticut and has contributed to various medical advisory councils. Merriam's commitment to maternal-fetal medicine research emphasizes enhancing clinical practices and improving outcomes for mothers and infants.
