Biography

Avi Loeb is the Frank B. Baird Jr. Professor of Science at Harvard University and a bestselling author known for his contributions to the fields of astrophysics and cosmology. He received his Ph.D. in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem at the age of 24 and has led an international research project during his career. Loeb has written nine books and has a broad range of research interests including black holes, stars, and the search for extraterrestrial life.
