Biography

Barbara Flunger is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University, where she has been working since November 2015. Her research primarily investigates student motivation and learning behavior, focusing on the influence of individual differences on academic outcomes. Flunger employs advanced statistical modeling techniques to analyze how background factors, such as family environment, affect student performance.
