Barbara Pfetsch is a professor at the Institute for Journalism and Communication Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, specialized in Political Communication and Media Effects Research. In addition to her theoretical work, she also has been involved in various research networks and has received numerous accolades such as the Newa Award in Communication Theory and being recognized as an ICA Fellow.
