Biography

In June 2012, Mr. Branch was appointed as the Robert H. Ledbetter, Sr. Professor of Practice in Real Estate Development at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Scheller College of Business. He leads the development of an innovative, fully integrated program focusing on real estate development and finance for both graduate and undergraduate students, drawing from various academic disciplines at Georgia Tech. With over 50 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Branch has successfully financed, developed, marketed, and managed more than $12 billion in real estate projects both domestically and internationally since 1971. His expertise spans several key areas including Real Estate Acquisitions, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Finance.
