Biography

Barry Cooper is a distinguished professor specializing in political science at the University of Calgary. He earned his BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 1964, followed by an MA and a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science from Duke University in 1966 and 1968, respectively.
