Biography

Baylee Munro serves as the head coach for the women’s and men’s varsity swim teams at the University of Regina. His primary responsibility involves collaborating with the athletic director of the Regina Optimist Dolphins Swim Team (RODS) to ensure the success of the Cougars swim program. He focuses on designing training programs, personally coaching varsity athletes, and creating an optimal daily training environment. With a background in Computer Science, Baylee enjoys leveraging his skills to develop optimized training programs that provide athletes with the highest possible rate of continuous improvement, helping them to achieve higher levels of performance through consistent training. Baylee is currently completing a Master’s in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership at the University of British Columbia. In a fun fact, he was a contestant on the American television game show 'Let's Make a Deal' in 2018.
