Behnam Jafarpour is a Professor of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, Electrical Computer Engineering, Civil Environmental Engineering. He directs an interdisciplinary research lab at USC, combining deep learning algorithms with domain knowledge of complex, high-dimensional energy systems to develop practical solutions for prediction, inference, and control systems.
