I am an Associate Professor and Director of Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise at the School of Psychology, University of Southampton, UK. I lead an active research programme with a funding total of £15 million, focusing on the development and evaluation of digital behaviour change interventions. I am passionate about teaching and supervise four PhD students actively while being involved in the supervision of ten others. My teaching includes courses such as 'The Psychology of Mental Health', 'Introduction to Health Psychology', and 'Building Digital Health Interventions'. I co-lead the Digital Intervention Group which is dedicated to innovating solutions within healthcare settings. I have a strong interest in using models of engagement to understand the effective implementation of digital technology in healthcare, particularly in relation to mental health and respiratory diseases. I have also conducted several projects aimed at reducing health disparities and improving disease management through innovative research techniques. My involvement in projects related to asthma and allergies further highlights my commitment to understanding and addressing public health challenges. I am open to supervising students beginning in 2025 and welcome inquiries via email.
