Benjamin M. Cherry is an academic hospitalist at VA Connecticut and an Assistant Professor at Yale School of Medicine in the Section of General Internal Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated with Honors and received the Noether Memorial Fund Award for excellence in therapeutics. Dr. Cherry engaged in research at the National Cancer Institute, focusing on precursor states and multiple myeloma, and co-authored a protocol for an NCI trial investigating the effects of lenalidomide on immune cells in multiple myeloma patients.
