Biography

Ben Reichardt received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006. Following his doctoral studies, he worked at the California Institute of Technology and the University of Waterloo before joining the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California in January 2012. His research is primarily focused on quantum computation, with specific interests in fault-tolerant quantum computing, quantum algorithms, and quantum cryptography.
