Ben Reichardt received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006. He has previously worked at Caltech and the University of Waterloo before joining the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California, in January 2012. His research focuses on quantum computation, particularly fault-tolerant quantum computing, quantum algorithms, and quantum cryptography.
