Biography

Berenice Boutin is a Senior Researcher in International Law at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut of the University of Amsterdam. She coordinates the research strand on Disruptive Technologies, Peace, and Security and leads the NWO-funded project Designing International Law Ethics for Military Artificial Intelligence (DILEMA). Her previous roles include Managing Editor for the Netherlands Yearbook of International Law and Research Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT).
