Biography

Bernike Pasveer is an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University in the Department of Technology, Science & Society. She holds a PhD in Sociology of Science and Technology from the University of Amsterdam, obtained in 1992, and has worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Centre de Sociologie de l’Innovation in Paris during 1993 and 1994. In her teaching roles, she contributes to the interfaculty minor on Globalisation and Inequality as well as the Master in Globalisation & Development Studies.
