Dr. Beverly Gray

Biography

Beverly Allen Gray is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University. She has a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University School of Medicine. Her research interests prominently include reproductive health, maternal health policy, and childhood vaccinations through adaptive prenatal interventions. Dr. Gray has received multiple grants, including those from the National Institutes of Health and Emory University, focusing on improving maternal and infant health outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. She actively contributes to academic and clinical discussions as a Bass Connections Team Leader. Dr. Gray is involved with several initiatives that aim to enhance reproductive health care post-Roe v. Wade. Additionally, she serves on various committees including as an ABOG Qualifying Examiner and has been recognized with an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Award. She is dedicated to educating and mentoring medical students and residents within her specialty.
