Biography

Professor Foster’s research investigates the evolution of organizational social networks through the lens of strategic change adaptation. In particular, he focuses on discretionary intraorganizational (or informal) networks and the way individual interactions shape formal organizational structures, procedures, and routines based on individual preferences.
