Biography

Bo Kelestyn is an Associate Professor at Warwick Business School, who specializes in design thinking and engages in a diverse teaching and consulting portfolio. Since joining Warwick in 2018, she has developed and led multiple interdisciplinary modules focusing on design thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Bo serves as the Course Director for the MSc Management Information Systems Digital Innovation and is the creator of the Challenge X: Design Thinking Sprint, a co-curricular design thinking initiative for students at Warwick. Passionate about educational transformation, she founded the Leadership Educational Transformation programme to support post-conflict educational reforms in Ukraine. Bo is co-founder of various initiatives including the Warwick Employability Challenge and the Warwick Sustainability Challenge, and has contributed to innovative practices in higher education. Additionally, she co-founded the Designing Together project and is involved in promoting design thinking through podcasts and workshops. Bo holds awards for her contributions to teaching and public engagement and is recognized as a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
