Dr. Bo Wang

Biography

Bo Wang is an Associate Professor in the Bioengineering department at Stanford University with courtesy appointment in Developmental Biology. He leads a discovery-driven research group focusing on the interface between developmental biology, bioengineering, and statistical physics. His research combines quantitative organism-wide fluorescence imaging, functional genomics, and physical modeling to understand the fundamental rules that control collective cell behaviors. The group aims to optimize tissue regeneration, adaptation, and evolution through innovative approaches in bioengineering and developmental studies.
