Biography

Bobby Reddy lectures in company law, corporate governance, private equity, and transactional deals. Professor Reddy has published extensively on topics like dual-class stock and special purpose acquisition companies, and his book, "Founders Without Limits," was published by Cambridge University Press. He has also been a Global Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame and an Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
