Biography

I am a post-doctoral bioinformatician at the Wolfson Wohl Cancer Research Centre. My research focuses on studying metabolic pathways unique to leukemia, utilizing various types of datasets, including single-cell levels. My doctorate was concentrated on personalized medicine for diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and mental health. I have also researched stratified healthcare, particularly concerning patients with multiple diseases. In addition to my computational work, I am passionate about teaching and have experience assisting my PhD supervisor with lectures and have earned Associate Fellowship in Higher Education (AFHEA) status.
