Biography

Brad Killaly is a Clinical Associate Professor of Strategy at Michigan Ross. He served as an associate dean for MBA programs, leading the Full-Time MBA program to a sustained ranking among the top in the nation for two decades. His current research focuses on the healthcare industry, particularly on the impact of reimbursement policies, labor turnover, and expansion strategies affecting the efficiency and quality of care in hospice and long-term care providers. Prior to his tenure at Ross, he was a faculty member at UC Irvine and Emory University, and he served as a visiting professor at the University of Oxford, Duke University, and UC San Diego. Over his academic career, he has received twenty university teaching awards across seven institutions, including four Neary teaching awards. Before his academic journey, Brad worked in investment banking and corporate finance, focusing on strategic planning for a global bank. He collaborates with business leaders to design and deliver seminars and executive educational programs on strategy formulation for numerous private firms and Global Fortune 1000 companies.
