Dr. Brady Case

Biography

Brady G Case is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University. He serves as the medical director of the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) at Bradley Hospital, which provides a range of services for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety, and related conditions. His research focuses on the phenomenology and comparative effectiveness of psychosocial treatments, with a special emphasis on treatment dissemination. He has played a key role in designing and implementing innovative hospital- and community-based partial hospitalization programs aimed at extending intensive exposure and response prevention strategies beyond clinical settings. Throughout his career, Brady has been the principal investigator on several grants aimed at understanding treatment practices and outcomes for youth experiencing bipolar disorder and adolescent substance use treatment. His contributions to the field have been recognized with various awards including the American Psychiatric Association / Astrazeneca Young Minds Psychiatry Award and the Health Services Research Early Career Award from the American Psychiatric Association.
