Dr. Brahim Chaib Draa

Biography

Brahim Chaib-draa is a retired professor with a focus on artificial intelligence, particularly in reasoning under uncertainty and machine learning. In recent years, he and his team have emphasized probabilistic and statistical approaches to design tractable algorithms for various aspects such as (i) images and generally vision and perception from a computational standpoint; (ii) time series; (iii) dynamic systems; and (iv) signal processing. These aspects generally underlie applications including robotic systems, bioinformatics, vision and image processing problems, environmental issues, and many other real-world applications.

Research Interests
