Biography

Brandon spent 20 years developing and implementing new materials and manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry. His experience includes internal research design studies, manufacturing methods, and external customer-facing roles within the aerospace sector. Brandon leveraged his unique background to successfully develop solutions that satisfy customer design, engineering, and business needs, resulting in innovations that literally fly. Before joining the Integrated Innovation Institute as a full-time Assistant Teaching Professor, Brandon worked with Aerotech, a world leader in precision motion controls and automation. His focus is on designing and producing custom, large-scale motion control systems and he has worked cross-functionally with engineers, scientists, and technicians to design and deliver integrated systems for demanding, high precision applications. When he's not working with students at the institute, he enjoys running and climbing mountains.
