Biography

Dr. Brandon Haworth is an Associate Professor at the University of Victoria in the Department of Computer Science. His research interests encompass a wide array of topics within computer science, particularly focusing on Graphics, agent-based modeling, crowd simulation, multi-agent reinforcement learning, deep learning, digital games, human-computer interaction, human-centered design, artificial intelligence, and augmented intelligence. With a robust background in these areas, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of technologies that enhance user experiences and interaction with digital systems. His work often involves the application of complex algorithms and methodologies to solve real-world problems through innovative computational techniques. In addition to his research, Dr. Haworth is actively involved in teaching and mentoring students, serving as an Honours Advisor.
