Biography

Brenda McGivern is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia, with extensive experience in legal practice and academia. McGivern’s research interests encapsulate Health Law, and she actively contributes to the understanding of legal frameworks pertaining to medical law and professional regulation.
