Dr. Brent Mcknight

Biography

Brent Mcknight is an Associate Professor in Strategic Management at McMaster University. His research focuses on how organizations and firms address complex societal challenges. His current interests include responsible investing, the role of firms in community resilience, and adaptation to climate change and natural disasters. He also researches the integration outcomes of non-profits dealing with refugee newcomers. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a consultant for Accenture from 2002 to 2006. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from McMaster University, and a degree in Computer Engineering and Management.
