Dr. Brian Kaufman

Biography

Brian S. Kaufman is a physician specializing in Critical Care at NYU Langone Health. His work focuses on advancing the field of critical care education through innovation and simulation-based training for residents and fellows. Dr. Kaufman's commitment to improving patient outcomes is reflected in his development and implementation of educational programs aimed at enhancing the skills of healthcare professionals in managing critically ill patients. He has notably established a critical care simulation center at the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System, which serves as a hub for education and fellowship training.
