Biography

Brian D. Kiluk is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. He is a licensed clinical psychologist with a research focus on substance use disorder treatment. He earned his PhD from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale National Institute on Drug Abuse T32 Fellowship. He is a principal investigator on multiple NIH-funded research grants and frequently consults with treatment facilities across the U.S., where he provides workshops and training in manual-guided cognitive behavioral therapy, along with monitoring and coaching for fidelity. His work has been presented at various national scientific meetings, underscoring his expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy for substance use disorders.
