Biography

Brian Phillips is the founding principal and creative director of ISA, an architecture and research office engaged in projects across U.S. cities. The firm leverages opportunities and challenges within post-industrial American cities, driving innovative practice that engages complex contexts. Brian earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma.
