Biography

Brian Rathbun is a Professor and Munk Chair in Global Affairs at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, University of Toronto. He has cross-appointments in the Departments of Political Science and Psychology. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002. Rathbun's research focuses on the interplay of political, social, and moral psychology in international relations, contributing significantly to questions surrounding foreign policy decision-making.
