Biography

Brian C. Rider is an Adjunct Professor at Texas Law University, where he has taught real estate development, transactions, land use regulation, and real estate finance since 1998. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1972 and holds a B.A. from Rice University. Rider has extensive experience in commercial real estate, representing developers and clients in complex transactions and environmental matters.
