Biography

Bronwen joined the faculty in 2021 as a Teaching Fellow and became the Deputy Module Lead for the optional Level 5 and 6 Cancer Care module. She is the Faculty Partnership Lead and has served as a guest lecturer at Plymouth University. In her hybrid role, she works part-time within the faculty while also serving as a clinical practice educator. Bronwen's clinical background is in oncology, and she is passionate about promoting and supporting the emotional wellbeing of both staff and students. In her academic role, she supports students as a personal tutor and dissertation supervisor, and she is part of the module leadership team. She has supervised students in both undergraduate and postgraduate taught programs, particularly in supporting quality improvement proposals.
