Brooke Redmond is an attending neonatal critical care physician at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital and serves as the Clinical Operations Director for the Neonatal ICU Network at Yale New Haven Hospital System. Redmond has a rich academic foundation with a medical degree from Columbia University and has completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Massachusetts and a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at Yale. Prior to her medical career, she trained as a high school science teacher in Washington, DC, and earned her undergraduate degree in Geology and Religion from Amherst College. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the 'Audrey' Honoree for Trailblazing Women in Medicine by the Children's Hospital Association in 2025 and recognized as the Connecticut EMS Physician of the Year in 2024.
