Biography

Brooks Abel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, beginning his tenure in 2021. They pursue application-driven approaches to achieve desired chemical identities and properties in polymer materials, leading to innovations in polymerization methodologies and advancements in the understanding of polymer microstructure, architecture, and functionality.
