Bryan Webler joined the Carnegie Mellon faculty in 2013 as a Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and currently serves as the Co-Director of the Center for Iron and Steelmaking Research. He is actively involved in research and has received the Kent D. Peaslee Junior Faculty Award from the Association of Iron and Steel Technology Foundation. His commitment to advancing the field also includes serving as a key reader for Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B and as an associate editor for Metallurgical Research and Technology.
