Biography

Bryn Davies is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he also serves as Programme Director for the Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme. He has a wealth of experience in leadership development, personality performance, interviewing, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment with a focus on 360 feedback. With a consulting career spanning over 25 years, Bryn has coached CEOs and senior executives in various organizations across the UK, Europe, USA, and the Middle East, and has advised top leadership teams on strategic deployment and development of people. Known for being a charismatic and thought-provoking speaker, he has addressed international audiences on topics related to talent management and business psychology in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region. Bryn is the founder of Redthread Consulting, a firm dedicated to applying business psychology to improve individual, team, and organizational performance. He holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. He is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Registered Coaching Psychologist with the BPS.
