C. Darnell Jones is an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School since 1993. He has a distinguished career as a judge, having been sworn in as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after being nominated by President George W. Bush in 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas, the largest judicial district in Pennsylvania where he was responsible for coordinating the courts, including Common Pleas and Municipal Traffic.
