Biography

Cai Kui is an Associate Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where he also serves as the Programme Director for the SUTD Technology Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP). He has received multiple awards for his contributions to the field, including the IEEE Communications Society Paper Award and the Data Storage Institute Paper Award. Dr. Cai is also an IEEE senior member and has contributed significantly to various technical committees and conferences in the field of communications.
