Biography

Caite Canfield is a young female designer and educator with a strong background in Studio Art and Applied Mathematics. Born as a third-culture kid, she spent most of her life in Europe and graduated from St. John’s International School of Brussels with an International Baccalaureate Diploma. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art and Mathematics from Skidmore College, where she was a two-time MVP and captain of the varsity volleyball team. She has worked in jewelry metalsmithing and was involved in significant projects including the Tiffany True Yellow Diamond Engagement Ring Collection. After completing a Design Discovery program at Harvard GSD, Caite pursued a Master of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she received the T. Gordon Fellowship, served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and co-founded a sustainable studio. Currently, she works for Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects and serves as an adjunct assistant professor at the School of Architecture, where she inspires creativity and passion in art, architecture, and design.
