Biography

Camille Cuoghi Edens, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Chicago, specializing in Pediatric Rheumatology. Dr. Edens is trained in both pediatric and adult rheumatology, which allows her to treat complex conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and more. She has a unique focus on pregnant women with rheumatic diseases, providing comprehensive care that includes preconception and contraception counseling. Her research interests concentrate on reproductive health in the context of rheumatic diseases, particularly issues faced by adolescents and young adults.
