Biography

Cara Singh is the Director of the Graduate Diploma Teacher Certification program (GDTC) at Concordia University. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum Studies and Teacher Development from the University of Toronto (2013), focusing on anti-oppressive holistic education and social justice issues in mathematics education.
