Dr. Caren Euster

Biography

Caren Euster is a Clinical Faculty member in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She has a diverse educational background with a Medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and a Master's in Occupational Medicine from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Euster's clinical expertise lies in emergency medicine and hospital medicine, where she has contributed to significant bioterrorism research. Euster holds board certifications in both Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine, underscoring her qualifications in these specialized fields. Her extensive training includes residencies at MedStar Health and the University of Vermont Medical Center, among others. As a faculty member, she plays an active role in clinical trials and research related to medical response to laboratory exposures to chemical and biological agents, particularly focusing on MRSA. Additionally, Euster is fluent in Spanish, which enhances her ability to engage with a diverse patient population. Her involvement at Johns Hopkins reflects a commitment to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes through research and education.
