Carl Ostendarp is an artist involved in pictorial abstraction, context painting, and installation art. Ostendarp taught at New York University, Tyler School of Art, Rutgers University, School of Visual Arts, and Cooper Union before his tenure at Cornell University as an Associate Professor.
