Dr. Carla Rothlin

Biography

Carla Rothlin is a Professor in the School of Medicine at Yale University specializing in Immunobiology. She holds a PhD from the University of Buenos Aires, obtained in 2002. Her research primarily focuses on immune homeostasis and the role of TAM receptor tyrosine kinases in inflammation. As a co-leader of the Cancer Immunology program at the Yale Cancer Center, she collaborates with various departments, including the Interdepartmental Neuroscience Program and has contributed to several research initiatives, such as the K12 Calabresi Immuno-Oncology Training Program and the Yale Stem Cell Center. She has received multiple honors, notably being recognized as an HHMI Faculty Scholar and receiving the Early Excellence Award from the American Asthma Foundation. With significant publications and citations, Carla Rothlin continues to explore critical research topics in immunology and cancer.
