Biography

Carlin Adrianopoli is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he leads the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment’s Midwest Region. His prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for Outcome Health and Peabody Energy, the world's largest non-government owned coal entity at the time, and guiding RadioShack through its restructuring process. His contributions to major restructuring efforts have been recognized with numerous awards, including those from M&A Advisor and Global M&A Network. In 2012, he was honored with the M&A Advisor 40 Under 40 award for his turnaround efforts.
