Biography

Carly Schrever is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia, specializing in the intersection of psychology and law. With a PhD focused on investigating occupational stress within the Australian judiciary, her research aims to enhance judicial wellbeing and explore the mental health challenges faced by judges and legal professionals. She has published a number of articles addressing issues related to lawyer wellbeing and the broader impact of stress in legal settings. Carly is also the Director of Human Ethos, a role that allows her to apply her expertise in a practical context. Her academic journey includes a Masters in Clinical Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma (Hons) in Psychology, and Bachelor's degrees in Law and Science, all obtained from the University of Melbourne, showcasing her strong foundation in both the legal and psychological fields. She is actively engaged in research and collaboration to address the complexities of mental health within the legal profession.
