Dr. Carole Lalonde

Biography

Carole Lalonde is a Full Professor at the Department of Management at Université Laval. She holds a Ph.D. in Administration from HEC Montreal and has significant expertise in change management, public administration, crisis management, and survey methodology analysis. With a rich academic background, she has led various research activities supported by internal funding at Université Laval. Throughout her career, Professor Lalonde has supervised numerous students at both the master's and doctoral levels. She is an active participant in faculty governance and has served on various committees at the university, contributing to the development of academic programs and strategic research initiatives. Her research interests extend to consulting organizations and qualitative research methodologies, emphasizing organizational change and crisis response.
