Carolina Dalla Chiesa is an Assistant Professor specializing in Cultural Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has received a Ph.D. Thesis Prize from the Erasmus Graduate School of Social Sciences and the Humanities and has been recognized with awards at Organization Studies conferences. Carolina has experience as a Lecturer at the Business School of UFRGS, teaching courses in Sociology of Organizations and Introduction to Management Studies, and has also worked as a Project Manager for the Creative Economy Observatory in partnership with Brazil's Ministry of Culture.
