Biography

Caroline Hendry is a Scientific Director and Advisor Chair of Genetics at Yale School of Medicine, where she directs the Office of Strategic Research Development. She is responsible for enhancing research innovation and discovery through strategic portfolio planning and advisory collaboration. Since joining Yale in 2018, Caroline has co-investigated several large NIH grants and is currently pursuing an MBA at Yale School of Management, specializing in the healthcare sector.
